I printed this in PLA for my MK3S and it was a great snug fit. All was well until I ran a PETG print, at which point the 90C bed temp heated up the PLA enough to sag (and also start hitting the Y-axis). I reprinted it in PETG and it's held up well for more PETG prints. Thanks for the design!

Moral of the story: use a higher temp plastic if you want to print more higher temp plastics.

Yeah, I had the same experience with PLA. The timelapse from the print when it got bent was interesting though :-)

I settled on ABS, but PETG should work as well and might actually be better as it shouldn't shrink as much as ABS does.

The printer is non-enclosed in a shared office, so I'm keeping ABS off the table for the moment. PETG I also printed at 100% scale and it fit just as well as the PLA. So far the PETG version has held up through about a week of nearly non-stop use.

Do you have the files for the rest of the pieces?
