Thanks again to kulfsson for providing his original Fusion 360 file.
Basically i completely remodelled the adapter plate and used the measurments of kulfsson to get the dimensions excactly right.
My remodelling is going to make any modifications much easier, so if you need to change the size of the plate, just change the width and height, all other dimensions will get calculated in Fusion to fit the new size.
I am using 8x3mm neodym magnets to secure the remote. If you need any other size, just add a comment or send me a message.
I hope this will be useful for anyone.

Just lay the print on the back. This sound counter intuitive, however this will give you the best surface finish and you won't see any surfaces which got in contact with the support material.
I am using Cura with Zig Zag Support everywhere and a 35% support infill to get the nicest finishing on the back. My support has a gap of 0,14 mm when i print with 0,12 mm layer height. The support is kind of difficult to remove however i really like the finished.
This are my settings after about ten test prints (mostly to get the adapter plate fitted snuggly in the original gira housing).
