Printed & installed only to do a bed level & find the back right is around 3.5mm higher than the bottom left. I’m using a BL-Touch clone & updated firmware to rub 5x probes & average the results. I’ve done 4x complete ABL runs now and each result the 4 corners are within 0.02- 0.03 mm of the each run. I have the Z-Sync mod installed along with anti-backlash nuts.
I think the solution is to mod the spacers in tinkercad to increase the height of each of the lower corners to they match the actual height of the height at corner.. I suspect that my Y axis steel plate is the actual problem & is not perfectly level.

After installing this my ability to print reliably and quality of the prints went down significantly compared to how it was before. I did level the x-axis and etc however there are many variables in the printer that will make your bed not be level in relation to the rest of the printer. The manual leveling knobs help compensating for that. In a perfect world this mod would make sense but in reality I don't think it works with our printer. In printers like the Prusa MK3S you have a smaller bed and much higher overall quality so in that case this works well.

I don’t have any issues at all and get perfect layers every time.

The gantry needs to be aligned to the bed. Not the frame. It also loses its level after every power cycle which is why I have the Z sync timing belt mod as well. The stock sensor is garbage.. switched that out for a better one listed in the description of the Z Sync.

Do the manual leveling knobs not serve a purpose after adding these solid mounts?

Do you feel this really makes a difference? It makes sense to me to remove a variable by getting rid of the springs, but id like to know if you really saw much of a difference? Thanks for your efforts, ill def give this a print and test :)

The bed always stays in the same position vs the springs which will change even when not adjusted due to the vibration.

There is no reason to have springs with a leveling sensor.

Can you please add photos to see where can install them
can it printed with PLA or PETG ?? thanks

PLA will not be able to handle the heat.

PETG should be fine.

These replace the springs under the bed. Remove the bolts and replace after printing these out.
