Great desing, discreet and efficient. Any chance for a 5015 fan version ??

Really excellent design with just a few tweaks needed to prevent the need for a second printing and to limit sagging internally or at the nozzles. I've addressed these in my remix: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3495189

Again, thank you for providing such a great, simple design!

EZ'r Ender 3 EZ Vent/Fan Upgrade (Uses stock fan)

Glad you like it. Nice remix. Even though the bridging is a bit challenging I didn't have any problems printing it, except with the stock fan nozzle. The reason I chose not to add ribs was to maximize airflow within the given space constraints under the print head. To me it was better to print the vent twice and end up with a better product than to print it once almost as good.

This printed like a dream @ .1mm height and 60mm speed. Thanks!

After 2 weeks, i noticed the far side from the fan is noticeably lower, but i'm not seeing any signs of melting. It;s been good so far otherwise. (PLA)

Would you recommend PLA or PETG filament for this print?

Yeah, don't use supports. It was designed to print fine without them, however, if you are having problems with bridging it can have some stray strands of filament inside. If that is the case, your best bet is to probably go ahead and install the first one, it will be better than the stock cooling setup, and print a second one, which hopefully will turn out much better.

I printed this part with high hopes for the upgrades results. Got all kinds of internal supports. I assume there shouldn't be any internal structure? Going back through settings hoping to find a reason. Any suggestions?

I love how this is designed !!!
I got my printer 4 days ago and its pretty fine tuned already, I'll checkout you design, and see if i get much improvements.
Thanks in advance!
