I was in need of pipe clamps but all I found were two-screw designs that would not allow easy removal of already assembled pipes.
So I rolled my own pipe clamp that needs only one screw to be mounted and features a snap-on mechanism making attaching and removing pipes very easy.
Bonus track: There is a separate STL "Clamp Lock" that allows you to snap-on a locking part into the holes of the pipe clamp. This way, the pipe can not escape the clamp. Nice!
If you print this model and use it, you do this on your own risk. I cannot be held responsible if someone or something gets damaged or injured by using this model.
I'd say: The sturdier, the better. I was fine with 0.1mm layer height, 66% infill, 4 outer walls (PLA).
