Why did you choose to make a hole between the box and the m3 parts?

The M3 parts are just tabs with M3 holes for M3 sized screws.
I just finished a video using this relay mount, where i control my 3D Printer with OctoPrint. You can see it in use and how everything works here.

Yes but they fall off because they aren't connected to the rest of the part. Could you make one without the gap?

I added a version 2 that thickens the mounting brackets with the M3 holes and "exploded" the component in sketchup before exporting it to STL.
This may work better for you, I use Cura for my slicing and haven't had issues thus far with it and printing this.
Let me know if the v2 files work for you

Can you send a picture of the issue you are talking about? As I've printed these a few times and not had this issue. You can see in the video I posted above, they are solid and work.

In the video yours is solid, however, when i put it in Cura it looks like this https://ibb.co/t8k9y6d

Even with the V2 version? I use the latest Cura as well, and it slices just fine. Does this issue occur with v2 of the STLs?

The image is the v2. It happens with both files, however I'm using Cura 3.6, so I will try updating and see if it fixes the issue

I did just add a modified version of the v2 files. Just now. Can you give those a test? And yes, I'm using the most recent Cura on my setup

I get something even weirder, the right tab only prints the hole and the left one only prints halfway up.
