3D Solutech PLA
I printed with supports touching build plate only, probably don't need supports at all.
Luckily the standard power supply/relay modules that come standard with the Wink Relay are rated at 5vdc @ 2a out, allowing you to use any decent power bank module to power this unit. I pulled the board from an old power bank and the 18650 cells from an old battery. For safety, I do recommend adding a thermal fuse in series with the 3.7vdc cells.
Warning - Solder the leads from your power bank board to the back cover plate of the relay quickly and at low temp so to not melt the plate in the process.
As you can see in the pictures, the two middle contacts are your 5vdc inputs on any of the 3 sets of contacts.
Note: I made sure the was enough room inside to add a dual 5vdc relay module and a radio or two if that is something you are interested in. I am assuming the two outside contacts are tied to the two buttons on the front of the relay if you have configured your relay to fire those outputs instead of an event.
I suggest rooting the relay in order to adjust sleep timers so you get the most out of your battery life.
I hope someone else likes it as much as I enjoyed making it.
