Hi, your designs are awesome. But could u add some tolerances to the pin connector? I print with 0.2mm nozzle and still need so much force top put the parts together that they are almost breaking.

In my print is perfect with sufficient tolerance. What you need to try is to do a little tweak at Horizontal expansion (if you use Cura) or similar option in other slicers. It helps with joints. And the printing depends on a lot of variables, settings, materials, cooling, etc. Depending of the temp it can expand more. My suggestion is test your tolerance. I tested increasing a little the gap and it looses too much. So, this is the best acceptable tolerance I tested. In any case, a little sanding helps too.

Hello! First of all... very cute design!! I love it :D I am trying to print it using PLA and slicing it with Cura, everything's great until it gets to half the head and if "moves" to the left. I tried different ways and all the times it prints it wrong. Any idea why this might be happening? (I will upload pictures if I can)

Hi there~
Normally when it 'moves' from the plate is because the adherence. If you don't have a heated bed try hairspray to make the surface more sticky. And when you're printing small pieces slowdown a bit the printing speed.

No, no, it doesn't move from the bed, after half the head is printed, the other half just starts printing a bit left. It's hard for me to explain in English haha. Look at the pictures... I tried printing the Spiderman head you have here and it turned out pretty good, But Iron Man is not working for me :/

Hmm.. Strange.. What slicer you're using?
I'm not saying is the slicer fault. I'm asking to try to help with specific settings for the slicer. For example, in Simplify3D we can try to change some settings in that layer area.

Hi again! When you said about the slicer (I'm using Cura, by the way) I remember I changed something maybe I shouldn't have haha I printed it again and I worked fine, I will upload my make whenever I have the time :D

Oh. Good news.
I'm glad that it worked. ;D
till' next time, Cheers~ !
