This is a case for a ST7735 TFT display including the cable connector, and an Arduino Nano or a SBC-NodeMCU board.. The display as well as the MCU board can be put in place and it holds without screws or glue.
Also there is space for
- A DHT22 Sensor
- A Motion detector
- 3 Buttons
To use the Buttons. I have made a PCB board (Lochstreifenplatine) where the Micro-Pushbuttons are sodered on and which exactly fits the holes. Also a 6 Pin Stiftleiste can be used here and one can access this from outside with a Flachbandkabel (e.g. for additional external sensors or a Num-Pad...).
I use a Gopro-mount (flexmount) as mounting option.
There are two version of the box corpus: One for the Arduino Nano (clones) and the other for The SBC-NodeMCU board. The cover fits both boxes.
Folowing further options are forseen:
- GoPro mount connected to the smaller side (done, only for NodeMCU box)
- Screw-mounts instead og the GoPro-Mount (done)
- If you do not need the holes for motion detectos, just print the thing with support structures (which close the holes) and let them in.
For the fixing of the Display, no screws are necessary. The display can be clipped to the cover plate. If some of the clips collide e.g. with the SD-Card slot, simply remove them.
I am Thinking of a modified design with less hight (so a more flat box, with less space for sensors). What do you think?
