How does the speed brakes work? Do you need to add external stuff like buttons or switches?

The speedbrakes are configured at the leftmost Saitek controller's lever and have nothing to do with the throttle handle's operations.

We are talking about the reverse thrust here. The throttle's handle allows to retard the lever to the "zero" position that sets the minimum forward thrust. And, after the reverse thrust lever on the handle is lifted, it allows to retard the handle even further. That downmost position can be used to activate the reverse thruster because it is tied to the controller's button action. The reverse thrust action can be configured in a flight simulator to be activated by any button, in our case - by the fully retarded throttle's lever.

hi printing these for a friend will i need to print 2 of each file?

No, this way you will get 2 identical throttles. You need to print all parts first as is and then as mirrored (except for gears and buttons). Your slicer supports mirroring of loaded STL models.

I was looking at the A320 design as well, any reason for the thin vs fat on the 320 besides space? I am just getting ready to finish up the 737 design and moving towards the 320 by end of the weekend...

The "fat" throttles were just an experiment. They do not look even remotely authentic.

Between the Number one engine throttle and the speedbrake you have a lever in your photos - do you use this for anything?

Not really. Only when I fly A320 with "fat" throttles. Each of them drives 2 throttle levers.

I printed Throttle #1 body and the cover, but when I look at Throttle #2, I don't see the corresponding body and cover for that side of the throttle quadrant... It seems to be missing from the files. I have all the parts printed besides these two... Please help....

Please mirror the necessary parts in your slicer. I did not provide the mirrored models here.

Oh boy! grate design! I'm loving it! but i have to tell 3 things to improve. 1st is that when you get to exited with the revers it can bust of the side that acts as an end when fully extended. 2nd, the curve at the bottom hits the end of the throttle when at max. This tends to squeeze out the throttle and leaving useless the mechanism of the revers stoppers. And 3rd, more like a plus... it would be awesome to have a hole for a screw that "permanently" fixes the throttle to the saitek bar. It could be needed to drill on the saitek ( i wouldn't mind) or maybe done in a way that it fits on one of those channels already on the bar.
Sorry if im asking for to much, it's just that you made an AWESOME work and so close to perfection e.e
I did even paint it a little bit and ended up looking so good with so little work.

The gears once placed in their axis move a lot, it may be that the internal hole of the gear is too large respect to the axis of the base, can this tolerance be modified?

The tolerance is 0.5mm only (0.25mm for each side). If I make it less than that, with my printed gears there's a lot of friction. Here are the gears with 0.2mm tolerance (0.1mm from each side).

Wow!!! Fit's perfect in my pieces printed in my Anycubic Kossel, can you do the same operation with the hole of the Reverse_lever?

Hello again, I have the same problem with the stl body, handle and reverse_handle, I try to place D3 screws but they do not screw in the hole because it is too wide, you can reduce them or explain how to do it myself.
