Hi,
Mine just broke today after riding on bigger bumps on my road bike. Have you experienced any problems like this ?

Sorry to hear that - I haven't seen any problems like that with this design, but I haven't been using my road bike that much and discovered that out-front mounts are a really bad idea on a MTB - it puts the computer right out where it'll get smashed if you go over the bars, so I've been using mounts on top of the stem for that bike. I have seen similar issues on other prints, especially when my printer isn't well calibrated and it gets poor adhesion between shells. I think that's coming from underextrusion (or bad settings in the slicer) if there's a gap between adjacent lines. I've been experimenting with different settings to increase the strength of smaller parts but don't have any conclusive answers yet. One thing I want to look at is annealing the print after printing, but don't currently have a precise oven that I want to put parts in to try it.

Another option is to check out Shapeways, there are a number of very similar designs available (none are mine) which are printed in stronger nylon using an industrial grade printer and that should give better results than a consumer-grade FDM printer.

Thanks for all recommendations, i will check what i can do.
Fortunately my bolt did not fall so it was not damaged at all.

Glad to hear that! Looked like it got really loose but stayed connected. I'm trying a reprint of a similar design using the Prusa slicer and my Prusa Mk3 and Prusa PETG filament - if that can't make a good strong print... I don't know what will!

Great!!! Sigma rox 11 is compatible?

No idea, honestly. Just did a little bit of searching and the mount looks identical to a Garmin mount, but couldn't see if it was or not. If it is compatible with a Garmin mount - it's at least rotated the same way, which is 90 degrees to the Wahoo mount - then mounting a Sigma on this would mean your computer would be rotated 90 degrees.

I'd suggest that you find out if the Sigma mount is compatible with the Garmin, and if so, Bontrager makes a Garmin-compatible mount that works with the Blendr system.

nice models. Are the measurements the same as for a gopro mount? I am working on a system to mount all kind of things on the bike without 100 kinds of clamps, rubbers, ... and would want to link to this model if it is compatible.

Yep, right on the money. If you have a Blendr mount, you could mount a gopro to it directly. It's a slick setup.

Ok, nice! Here is my bracket (read the summary) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3350991

I also linked to your model.
