aaand 20 vs 27mm. hmmm. 27mm is bigger :) maybe higher output voltage. Higher diameter, higher sensitivy.

i used 4 sensor, but precision piezo pcb only 3 input.
2-2 disc parallel connected for two input. Please check the polarity.
This mount need triggering "decrease pressure" mode. if not working, simple change sensor polarity.(https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ReversePolarity?from=Main.PolarityReversal) :-)

it is important that the screws mechanically-move easily all 4 screws in hole. I drilled little bigger hole at base board.
setup is good if triggered little touch to bed with your finger. etc 10gramm. Red led is flashing.
Modify marlin config.h. Need higher Z homing speed for enough impact energy (it's scary)
please read piezo forums.

I tried the Inductive and clone bltouch sensors. unusable and nerve-racking.
All industrial inductive sensor thermal drift is 10-20%. if you sensor sensing distance 4mm.
Error is 0.4mm. Unusable. TL-touch and other clone is not accurate.

piezo solution is stable and good repeatable measurement device.
it can be printed remotely safely. the first layer will be good.

The photos show a mount for the precisionpiezo PCB. Can you provide that as well?

Does it make any difference in using 20 vs 27mm piezo sensors?

Is it necessary to install 3 or 4 many sensors? Have you tried z probing with just one bed sensor? Maybe two, one on apposite corners?
