First time I have printed in ABS and it came out fine and is now fitted. Can't be any worse than the stock cooler.

Could you share the design file ( was it fusion)?
I dont know why but it sits too high on my kossel.

"Most efficient" is a bold statement. Have you modeled some fluid dynamics?
I have printed the other one, almost identical, but with 3 outputs instead of one continuous. It had almost no flow on one of ports.
EDIT: same issue with this one, the right side of my prints get much lower air flow.

Just slow down your print speed enough and you might not even need a fan (beside bridging that is).

Post a picture of your print.
Don´t you have a dust somewhere in your cooling fan?
I´m aware, that these fans don´t have the same air speed and pressure through their entire output surface.

That 3 outpout model has a problem with air flow. Most of the air is being pushed towards.
Problem with another models which you can find here on thinginverse is, that inner structure and surface of the model is not well designed.
