Love your system, i'm thinking in design the implement in hypercube

If you can point me at Fusion 360 source files, I'd be happy to make a mount for your printer!

Just what I was looking for. I was looking at your v2 mount, then thought to check if you had anything more recent. Is this the v3? What springs do you typically use?

I have a Hypercube Evolution slowly coming together, a bag of 27mm piezoelectric elements, and those cheap auto-level sensors you press on the nozzle (which is just a piezoelectric element). Not as fancy as the electics on this, but hopefully sufficient. Belts are rotated 90° to i3 style, a simple fix.

It's actually a complete redesign from scratch. Previous iterations used electrical designs developed by Precision Piezo UK, while this one is entirely my own design, and incorporates a self-calibration microcontroller.

If you have Fusion 360 source files, I'd be happy to make a compatible mount for your printer.

The electronics validation is ongoing. I've got two alpha test units shipped out to a couple of volunteers, so we'll see how it does in the field

There's a huge array of options for printheads for the Hevo - only rod spacing and belt position are universal. As I said, just needs belt retainers rotated as Core XY printers have a pair of belts perpendicular to the print surface.

OK I took a look at the parts in this design, and I thought of a few ways to do this.

Either we can take the in-line approach where there are one or two piezo disks mounted at the top of the e3d nozzle like this type of mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3055789

Or we can sandwich the disk between the two vertical plates of the nozzle mount similar to my prusa mount

or we could make an under-bed mount kinda like this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2446460
