I printed this but the lid is so tight I had to use a knife to open it again. It also started flexing a lot.

Yeah, I was fairly new to designing things in Fusion360 and tolerances on this are too tight.

I'm also planning to start in Fusion360, have you learned what better tolerances to take?

For what I typically print in PLA I find it's best to add a minimum of 0.5mm to the overall outside diameter (in this case, the inside of the lid) when fitting pieces together.

Wouldn't it have been more logical to put the d&d logo on the lid?

The Logo was meant to be a repository for water, of sorts, and I was attempting to make it print as cleanly as possible

Ah ok, at first I was flipping it around, thinking I did something wrong :) Anyway, I'll still be using this, just without the lid but even in one painting session it's very useful.
