I borrowed several components from the linked C920 camera case (like the fingers, camera case, and joints). I made the part that attaches to the duplicator 6.
Units are now in mm
Adjusted interconnection spacing so they fit correctly
I prefer a view from above the printer, rather than directly on the bed. The part snaps right on the front of the unit.
Use at least one finger to ensure that the extruder will not touch the camera. note that the last picture shows that even when the extruder is homed to 0,0 the camera doesn't touch it.
I added the following into the starting g-code of prints in order to get lighting in a good place
I adjusted the logitech camera configuration with the following:
v4l2-ctl -c exposure_auto=1
v4l2-ctl -c exposure_absolute=170
v4l2-ctl -c zoom_absolute=250
v4l2-ctl -c focus_auto=0
v4l2-ctl -c focus_absolute=0
Utilizing Marlin bugfix-2.0.x, with linear advance, bltouch, and ubl.
