The JZ-BZ cell cup holders slide into cell bars, but have no queen cage. The Nicot queen system has nice hair rollers to contain the queen when she emerges, but you have to nail 4 tiny nails onto the cell bar to affix the queen cup holders (it's actually 2 parts, but you get the point). So, I modeled a cell cup holder that slides into the cell bar holder similar to the JZ-BZ cell cups that allows you insert a Nicot cell cup and you can slide a hair roller over it. Warning! These cup holders may damage the hair rollers.

Also, I have made a better model that is to be printed with the cell cup holder portion made with Ninjaflex (I'm sure other TPU's would work, but that's the only one I've used). If you have a dual extruder, I recommend that model because it shouldn't damage the hair rollers.
If you are interested in tweaking this, I have included the Solidworks files. Make note that the ABS version has two configurations. One allows you to affix wax cups, if you want to go that route instead.
I used a raft and 35% support. But for the ABS and Ninjaflex dual extrusion model, I didn't use the raft. And I printed with the small nub facing down. If you can get it to print with the large nub down, that would be much more efficient.
