If using this on the stock Ender 3 with the 2040 extrusion beam, can the belt align centred with the rail without modification or will the plate's belt alignment slots cause it to run off-centre?

OK.... so I currently have both my Enders set up with 3 point leveling using this printed mod https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3193722.

I have seen yours before, but I had no reason to switch to it as my current setup works flawlessly. My question to you is this, this first photo looks as if you have a milled version of the plate, is this assumption correct?

Second have you used the printed version of the model? If so how well has it performed? Did you notice any drawbacks from using it?

How is the longevity of the printed part? That is if you tested it.

thanks for your time

I didn't use the 3d printed part, it was just a mock up and drill guide just in case I wasn't able to get time on one of the cncs at work. A 3d printed carriage would perform horrendously, especially in PLA.

That's what I was thinking as well, I just wanted to be sure. I like the design, no access to a Cnc though. I will will have to find a source for that..... Then again I have a friend who like to do metal work. I'll have to look into that more, thx for the design
