These mounts are designed to be screwed in place to hold a 5/8'' OD copper pipe between them for an easily accessible wire spool holder. A pipe cut to proper length will fit securely between the two, while also being easily removed and replaced when changing out spools.
I hope this can make a few makers lives a little bit easier.
Feedback is encouraged and appreciated.
0.2 mm (but less resolution should work)
Pearl green PLA from www.filament-pm.com PLA
20% has worked well for me
2 wall mounts at 20% Infill will take up about 18 grams of PLA filament
each mount will take 4mm off the length of your pipe.
My first print has worked perfectly, so there has been no need for me to experiment with different infill densities, materials, or resolutions. However, I'd love any feedback from others who try different settings. Thank you!
Used a free sample of PLA. The final finish has some gaps and imperfections, but I couldnt be happier with the color.
The Screws fit in the chamfers perfectly! That bright brass on green really appeals to me.
Great fit! This is gonna be a big quality of work boost for me!
I threw this together in about 40 minutes. Its not perfect, but its mine.
