i have spacers, between part and the alu frame, then you can use cylinder screws or countersunk screws

If the boom is too stiff, file some material away with a round file, then the boom is more flexible

The runout sensor and dustfilter are a nice idea, but i don't get how it should detect a jam.

its if the spool gets stuck if the end of the filament gets under itself

Yeah, obviously this won't do anything about nozzle jams, nice design though!

After printing, it's probably best to make sure your extruder has enough pull to trigger the jam sensor reliably.

I have a feeling, it might occassionally result in filament just being chewed down in extruder (as is often the case with jams)

if the roll is binded or tangled, it should pull on it. The pull should flex that foam cleaning bit, it looks like.
