These worked great, I picked a few and printed them out and used them. There is nothing quite like a a design that just works first time.

glad to hear these worked out for you!

Hi there, this is perfect, I am doing a project and i need to bend hollow brass tubing. I need to bend 2mm / 3mm tubing @ 90 degree angles, Any idea on the scale to print to be able to use 2mm? Also i am a complete beginner what do the files mean, i guess 3,4,5,6 is the diameter but what does the x20,x25,x30 etc mean on each of the sizes. What file could i scale down to bend 2mm to 90 degree radius 5. and what 3mm file would i print to get 90 degree at radius 12?

To Summarize i need to bend...

2mm / 90 deg / Radius 5
3mm / 90 deg / Radius 12

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

the 20, 25, etc are the diameter of each bend

if you want to try and do 2mm tubing, easiest would be to take the 4mm and print at 50%. though bending brass that tightly is going to be tricky. make sure you get tubing labeled as "Bendable" or else you will be fighting with kinks every time. Brass is notoriously hard to bend tightly.
