Its possible to have a modifiable files ?
Your STL is perfect but i need to adjust for mosfet, ect...
(With your accord sure)

Thanks you

Great contri and design. A question. Where do you plug the 2 upper fans? Directly to the power supply?

I just made one and I like the design, but slight modifications would be nice:

  • More tolerance for the slot in connectors.I sanded them some and then had to hammer them in. Higher tolerance for the less then perfect calibrated printers would be nice
  • larger (diameter :) ) walls for the "holes" you screw the boards in. It's easy to shear them off right now :)

I fastened the cover to the case with 2.5mm screws. What schrews are needed for the boards, 3mm?

Hello, this one looks great!
Would you mind sharing source files? I plan on remixing it to fit Fysetc F6 board.

Hello. I love this upgrade. Which fans did you use? They look great.

I really like your design! But unfortunately I'm using a Duet 2 Wifi. Do you mind to design a case like this great one here to fit the Duet 2 Wifi? Specs can be found here: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Mounting_and_cooling_the_board

I would really appreciate your hard work and am willing to buy you some coffee :)

I got something in the making, hang on :)

Sehr geil! Gefällt mir sehr...!

It's for ender 3 or ender 3 pro?

this is ender 3 pro. there is another one that this is based off that has reg one.

I actually like the design of this way more than the original. I don't get why the original has the Pi USB ports placed against the vents and micro usb power port against the wall...is it possible to power the Pi with the MKS-Gen L? Can you make an ender 3 non-pro variant of this?

you can power the pi off the 5v from the mks board but i have heard its not recommended. i picked up a little buck converter and plan to have a line off the PS just for the PI into the GPIO pins for power.

Is there some sort of pre-made solution to this? I don't want to deal with soldering and buck converter....I wonder if there's some kind of 24v to micro usb cable :/

You get the step down converter in "Screw" Versions, you don't hace to solder

can you add the source files?

Can you allow thinkercad file modification? I would like slightly modify design. maybe more cooling holes and add more space to connectors for pi3. Or maybe crate reamovable front plates

I really like these upgrades for the Ender 3!

Couple of questions:
1) What main board is that
2) Where can one find those fans?

Not sure about the fans but i found the grill.

mks gen l or mks gen l 1.4 are compatible with this. i found mine on amazon altho not the ones from the original poster. just make sure they are only 10mm high.

1) The mainboard in the picture is MKS Gen L, but you can use the original one of Creality
2) For example, you can find these fans on:
