This is a remix of a remix of Dauler's Ender 3 Rail Camera Mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3037314). Yashrg remixed it (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3165335) for use with the camera mount system by FedorSosnin. My remix is specifically for the Ender 3 Pro, which has a 40x40mm y axis rail instead of the 20x20 found on the original Ender 3. This is my first custom remix, so please let me know if you make this and it works. Enjoy!
UPDATE: V2.1 is now available. The first version just slipped on over the y axis rail. But over time, the inside piece got bent outward. So I created V2.1 to be taller and enclose around the bottom of the rail, providing a more secure grip. I also fixed some holes that were in the previous version and smoothed the overall design. This is the version I have on my Ender 3 Pro and it's rock solid.
I used a brim for better adhesion.
Designed using Tinkercad
So I'm very new to this and have limited skills in Tinkercad. Essentially, I took Yashrg's slip on mount and removed the bolt section. I tried to scale the entire mount portion, but that didn't work because I only needed to enlarge some dimensions and not others. In the end, I stretched the height of the mount and divided the mount into left, middle, and right portions. Then I horizontally stretched the middle portion to the size I wanted, and reattached the left, right, and bolt portions. I also made a cutout for the belt guide wheel. After many test prints and revisions, I ended up with this.
