I printed this and i got the charger in the hole, but i can't seem to get it our. Any tips?

Is this EU type 2 cable or for the US version?

It's the US version.

Hi all. Thanks very much for making and posting this! I had a weird thing happen in that I printed one at 100% and for some reason neither the head of my included portable charger or the head of my Tesla wall charger fit in the hole. It's not just an extra strand of plastic either - the hole seems too small in all dimensions for the charger head. The print turned out very nice and historically I've had very accurate dimensions on my prints so I'm not sure what happened. Has anyone else had trouble with the fit of the charger head in the hole? I'm going to try printing it again at maybe 103% to see if that solves the problem. Any suggestions appreciated.

What printer are you using? I have tested on an Ultimaker 2+. I also recommend to use CPE or PETG filament, not PLA, because PLA is actually harder than the plastic on the Tesla charger head and will leave scratches. The tolerances are definitely pretty tight on this piece, and different filaments will expand/shrink during printing differently.

Thanks for the speedy response, jakepoz. I'm using a Makergear M2 printer. I tried it again last night using PET+ filament and scaled to 103% and it fits well this time, so I guess I just ended up with some print dimension anomalies the first time. I did use PLA for the first one so you may be right that it was a filament type related issue. In any case, looking good now. Thanks again for the great model.

Anyone else have problems getting the main body to slide over the wall mount cleat?

I scaled the wall mount 95% on x and y direction. Fit perfectly with the main body. (Inland PLA filament on Prusa I3 MK2 printer)
