How many wats does your pico pcu use?

What do your thermals look like? I'm building an almost identical PC except with 2nd Gen parts. Never thought to let CPU cooler be exposed like that. Love it!

Thermals are fine - how could they not be when the fan is on the only real heat producing part? When building software with all 8 threads at 100% load it stays under 60C without too much fan noise - definitely not at max speed. Similar for playing 4K videos (53C). The BIOS allows you to customize the fan-speed/temp curve so you can run hotter/quieter or louder/cooler. I'm running a 2400G in it. The only problem with Zen2 is that the 3400G comes with the bigger heatsink and fan, which won't fit. I think that was probably a marketing decision rather than a necessity. The 3200G has the smaller cooler so should be fine. BTW as I type this my CPU temp is 33C and I can't hear it.

Any chance you will share the CAD files for this? It's a great design and I want to make a thin-itx version. Thank you.

There is a link to github at the bottom of the description. The CAD files are there. I'm curious what you mean by a thin-itx version. My next version will be smaller but it may be a while.
