Hi, do you have a link to the battery contacts you used?

No, in this container there is only place for cells without bracket. I have in configuration 5S2P as in photo. I charge packs from an external charge with balancer.


Any info what kind of NTC they use in their original batteries? That seem to be the only used contacts (atleast in the 2Ah battery). I have their lawnmower and after using it on higher load the pack gets quite warm from the discharge-current.... sadly I couldn't measure it yet.

The pin beside the positive one shows "ID" but has no contact. And the case itself has a notch between + and ID, maybe a feature to tell the charger the chargecurrent or something for the different batteries....

Nice design, bought myself an einhell tool without battery, so will most likely print this.
Any info on the battery configuration? Is there enough room to use the chinese 18650 brackets, or just the cells stacked 2*5?
