This is very cool to have such configurability in the CAD file. I also learned how you import the STL for the Pi itself to check fitment.

Any chance for a Pi 3 B+ option and a 35mm fan option?

Done and done! Just a rough cut for now. I'll test/tweak soon.

I have tweaked the USB and Ethernet port cutouts to better fit the connectors. Also there is something strange with "thick" case mode where the cooling vents are blocked due to the extra depth of the bottom panel, affects both A+ and B+ models.

Wow that was quick. I tested with an STL model of a B+ and the board standoffs need to be reversed in the depth direction. Also the USB openings seem a little off to the side. I changed the holes() module to the following which fixed the standoffs.

Also the bottom cooling vents need to be moved as the holes are placed in the middle of the vents.
