Have you made any Upgrades to your Anycubic to print this clean?
I tried the first few parts (foot and Torso) with supports. But they come out pretty rough. Any tips for my settings? (Using Simplify3d)

I have to say, this is an awesome model! I want it the same quality you printed it!

Hi there, no my Anycubic is completely stock. Besides the 0.15mm layer height and 40mm/s print speed, the setting you are most likely looking for is called "Dense Support" in Simplify3D. This improves the quality of parts printed on support material but the trade off is the support material is a little more difficult to remove. My Dense Support settings are, 2 dense support layers, 70% dense infill percentage. Alternatively you could cut the torso in half and print it like BLaaR did. I could also send you the Gcode for the torso I printed, so you can get an idea of how I did the support. Let me know.

Hey thanks for your reply!
Ok my settings are already pretty similar. A Gcode file could really help

No problem, I don't think you could print strait from this file, as our bed/hotend temps would likely be different. But it should serve as a good example.

Thank you so much!
Found the error. S3D in Version 4.1.0 sets the Support lines different than Version 4.0.0. Even if all settings are identical!
Switched back to 4.0.0 and used some of your settings. Looks definitely better than before.
Will post a MAKE when everything is finished
