Tiene de tener en cuenta que esto no son piezas para hacer bonito, estas maquinas soportan presiones y torsiones algo elevadas.

mi configuración fue algo parecida a esto:

Perímetros = 3
InFillm= 55%

PETG mejor que PLA, en ABS no aconsejo por que parte con facilidad y la unión entre capas puede ser menor.

Keep in mind that these are not pieces to make beautiful, these machines withstand somewhat high pressures and torsions.

My configuration was something similar to this:

Perimeters = 3
InFillm = 55%

PETG better than PLA, in ABS I do not advise why it starts easily and the union between layers can be smaller.

Thank you so much for the project. Could you also post the printing settings you used. In some prints for example in the paras 03 and 04 the outer nut holder walls are printed too thin and break off.

Please take this in the light that I am trying to help.

-The current Burly revision of my machine is fully compatible with both US and Metric hardware now with the exception of the two roller mount nuts, easy to use either way.

-Your belts need to be inline with the direction of travel.

-You can not use steel belted belts on this machine.

-Your Z axis is assemble incorrectly, your coupler is not supported.

-You are creating a situation for me that could get difficult. Judging by how you assembled your machine I am extremely worried you did not use the proper dimensions in your parts that you are about to release. What sort of support do you plan on providing when people come to my forums to ask for help?

-You are using the wrong sized pulleys for my firmware yet you are linked to it?

-You have capped off all the corner mounts that makes poor cut tolerances not work with your machine and later adjustments can;t be made.

-What "errors" did you find in my design?

-Again, please add non-commercial to your license.

-Your design is based of my previous model.

You based this on the previous version. I have updated all but the roller/roller mount nut holders for much easier metric hardware integration.

Your belts can't be out of line like that. You are going to end up with tiny deviations at the ends of travel.

Steel belted belts can't work in this application. They will break do to work hardening.

You are using the wrong sized pulleys but are linking to my firmware that uses smaller pulleys.

Your Z axis is assembled incorrectly and the coupler is going to stretch.

I am very nervous about what dimension you might have chosen and if anyone tries to mix and match our parts I am certain there will be issues.

Gracias por las criticas, pero la maquina esta funcionando bien de momento. Como decía es un rediseño y redibujo de cero basado en lo que había para maximizar la compatibilidad. se tubo de hacer por que había muchos fallos de diseño por la conversión de los tubos originales de 23.4mm a los Europeos de 25mm, aun así hay un pequeño fallo que no he arreglado para esta versión y he heredado la trampa para solucionarlo (en el eje Z).

Cierto es la altura de los tensores en un eje no era el correcto pero ya fue rectificado en el diseño, aun que no he apreciado en las pruebas ninguna desviación. Las correas de núcleo de acero de momento aguantan y rectifican el problema del estiramiento de las normales. Cierto es que las poleas no son de 16 (en mi caso) ya corregí para mi eso en el firmware, gracias por avisar. No entiendo por que esta mal ensamblado el eje Z, funciona perfectamente, aun que entiendo su preocupación por el acoplador Eje Motor/Husillo, no se preocupe de momento esta bien instalado y no se estira (en caso contrario cambiare por uno fijo).

Tranquilo por las mezclas, Este diseño esta hecho para usar Metrica Int. es absurdo mezclar con su sistema Imperial. Se diseño para facilitarme el poder comprar en Europa sin problemas el material, o la gente elige su maquina para usar medidas Imperiales o usa la mía para usar Metrica Int. no se pueden mezclar.
