Summary
There are currently 6 Files here:
-a 25% sized and adjusted factory
-a 25% sized and adjusted factory on a hex base
-a full sized factory
-a 50% sized factory
-A special 100% file for SLA Printers ONLY nicely provided by Ze'ev Maor
-a sized factory on a hex nicely provided by "NeoInspector" Thanks...but be aware the hex looks great on the board but the factory overall is reduced in size and the Mechs will not fit on the platforms.
NOTE: The above size changes have adapted details in the factory so as you go smaller the detailed parts get bigger... they are not just recalled to those sizes
Added April 2019:
FOR SLA PRINTERS!: Added a file called HollowedScytheFactoryFullSize.stl for Printing with SLA Printers... files was modified and graciously provided by Ze'ev Maor with theser instructions: " While it can be printed on a FDM printer, it’s specifically designed for printing on SLA printers to save on expansive resin (it uses less than 25% of the resin as the filled factory) Since it’s hollow, there’s no need to orient it in any special way in the SLA slicer, it can simply be oriented on its base and have the supports print inside the model.” THANKS Ze'ev!
The Full Size FactoryMetalFullSizeStrongBaseREPV2 file can be printed at 94% to reduce the size to better fit the regular board, any smaller and you will not have the needed platform base for the mechs.
Then there is a link to a 50% file.
Special shout out to Derek from BGG for the initial design inspiration and the many files and thoughts from elsewhere and thingiverse for the many idea designs and inspirations, especially to SevenUnited, PabloNada, Earsling, dutchmogul, macakcat.. great work all!.
UPDATE: Feb/2019 Added FactoryMetalFIXEDPIPESStrongBaseREPV2... this will be the one to print going forward...I have removed the original... added a base support and 2 pipe supports at the mid level, and fixed any pipes that were detaching,.
Added: 2 files..FactoryMetalFIXEDPIPESStrongBase25PER... this is 25% small cute factory about the size of the Mechs... and this file FactoryMetalFIXEDPIPESStrongBase25PERWBASE is the same but with a textured hex base... to really pull out the detail you will want to print with a .2mm nozzle and a .1mm layer height.

This is the first test Scythe Factory Tile I made in collaboration with Derek from BGG, I compiled it from a number of other sources including Thingiverse… so thanks for your contributions Thingiverse people... I liked this one as it is more "factoryish" but as we went along in the design it made more sense to open up the tile a bit so the opposing sides can see into the tile and not have their view obstructed. But I posted this one as an alternative to the final tile we made. It is painted to look rugged and sort of dirty like the industrial revolution pics of old. At a .150mm level it took 26 hours to print. I used only supports for the Mech crawler on the back. IT WAS PRINTED SIZED TO THE BIG BOARD.
Check out some of my other posting for the full set of Scythe 3D Pieces.
