Hey can you please prlovide the Step. file so i can modify it a bit.

I think Airflow should come out at about 75 degrees at the end so as not to cool the nozzle. It seems to me?

Great work! I will try if it works on A30

Thanks for posting this. Is printing from PLA OK, or should I get some PETG or ABS?

Which version is better? Shord or mainfold?

im currently using this for the a10 v2 so far so good!

I'm very happy

which fans are you using? (any link or so?)
are they less lod than the original Parts cooler fan?

This works great on my A10. Thanks!

Hi,
how 5015 fan is fixed on new duct?

It's only plug-in. I'm using this fan duct during the last 2 days, 3 print job, 10 hours printing time. And the fan is plug in, yet

If you want I can model an arm to fix better the fan

I don't know...
For this moment my 4010 fan sounds like a helicopter and needs to be replacement.
Fan 5015 will be much better.
But I'm using different model of printer - Anet E10.
Design of hotend cover looks similar with your. It's just a box with 40x40x40mm size.
First difference is two holes for fixing fan on hotend box are positioned vertical instead of horizontal like in your model.
Second moment is I have only 8mm distance between bottom of hotend box and nozzle peak.
So If you have some free time to modify design with some fixing solution 5015 fan, I'll try to print and install new fan to my printer using your model, but success of this installation isn't guaranted.

If you need I modify the measures, send me an email on info@stampa3dfvg.it with hotend's foto and correct measures

Hi,
Thanks for requested design modification.
It's looks Ok. I already printed and fit it to place it, but currently I can't complete installation because during testing I lost my 5015 fan just make error in polarity.
