Wow mate, it looks like you have put alot of effort into this design and information about it all.. I'm thinking i could use the parts off my hsp Xstr and build this as my first ever build project.. How durable can you make them? What would be the best filament to use?
Thank you very much for sharing anyway! I will send you some pics if i go ahead with it..

Hey Rohan! Thank you for your words :)

About durability, the thing is that plastic parts normally break first than metal ones, so plastic ones are the ones you will need to replace... But... you can print them again or an improved one if you have some idea about how to mod them or someone published a better one...
I print everything, even gears in PLA. The thing is they must be well printed in terms of acuracy and inter-layer adhesion.

Which CVDs or wheelvases+dogbones is using your xstr?¿? maybe they are on the list !

Let's see if you find the way to go ahead :) Thanks again for your words

Great work, I am impressed.

Hey! Thanks for your good words :) It looks like you know 3d printed RC world quite well! I hope we can count with you soon between us :)

You are pushing the limits tooooooooooooo faaaaaaaar. :D
Great work.

I hope that about the limits is a good thing! Or do you mean I'm a bad boy for "re-publishing" my stuff?¿?

Thx anyway :)

No. I mean the MyRCCar is getting closer to be any kind of RC car.
I first saw the Tesla in this thingi. :)

I realised that it has it's own page.

So you catched the great main idea! We need to work in a 255wb on-road shell for drifters, a very big SCT shell which should use a common wheelbase for the category, maybe a dessert style bars and plates body for the MTC hybrid... more and more work can be done... let's see if someone more wants to design compatible things...
