Can you post the dimensions of the bases (so I can re-create it) or do you have the 3D model file that you can share? I have to print it on a smaller printer and so I plan on taking the 3D files and cutting them in half and putting two halves together to make each layer.

Did you share your base you made here on thingiverse?

Okay, its a nice job and you make great videos, but here have a lot of people a few questions and nobody can answer. So pls help us.

How did you prevent the acrylic from the start scratch.

And how did it work, that s3D work from up to down?

I hope you can help us

He prevented the acrylic from a scratch at the start with a vertical lift command at the starting script. And nothing worked rom up to down.

Absolute genius! Damn I wish that I was smart...

how do you make it move downwards on the z axis?

is there a link to the motor attachments

Will this work on the Ender 3?

Klar funktioniert das auch auch auf dem ender3, man muss halt nur alles auf den kleineren bauraum anpassen.

wie funktioniert es denn mit simplify3d... oder benutzt er einen anderen postprocessor?

Same interest :D

I'm interested on the same

the mount for the extruder is the same as the cr-10 to my knowledge

I thought that may have been the case. Thanks

Does it have any problems with the Z limit switch? How does bed leveling/tramming work?

I have the same concern.

Hey Simon,

Whats the thickness of the acrylic you used ?

Thanks.

4mm acrylic was used. Good luck!

That's sick man great job !!!

Very amazing !!!! I only have a Ender 3, too bad there wasn't adjustable size of the holder for the finished Acrylic, because if you scale down the size to fit my print bed, you wouldn't be able to find acrylic to fit it, i guess i'l have to design one or just see if i can print it in 2 pieces by cutting in half in mesh mixer or something, thank you again for your great projects!!!
