Do you have any cad files for the stls? I would like to adapt this for 8020 2525 extrusion.

great work you done
can you please send me the fusion file to make changes for my m/c

Hi, thanks for your comment.
For the z motor at the time I thought of using the same as the original Anet. Then after testing if it was the weak link, I'll see to think something.

hey man! =D
nice work you've got here!
quick question: How do you align the Z motors? i see they are "floating around", would you use another square tube and leave it -one square tube higher" than the base?

other than that, i really believe this one has potential to compete with the famous 2020 aluminum extrusion, specially in places (like here, argentina) where it's expensive af xD

Hi, after some testing I have come to some conclusions and I can say that I will have to make some changes, but let's go in order.

  1. For the alignment of the Z axis I have adjusted the supports to the same height, so as to take the measurement with the gauge, but I'll put a measure for the 0.
  2. on the Y axis there is some vibration, due to the ground bars of 8, which are the ones that take charge of the accelerations of the carriage.
3 I would like to put vslots to replace some igus bearings.
