love the ship just got done printing it. if you do a version 2 or some sort of update i would recommend making the rallings thicker i had some issues with them breaking when removing supports.

I thought this was from ToA! Would have come in handy for the start of the campaign when my players sailed into Chult. Fantastic job! My players are almost to Omu, but I think I'll print it just for fun anyway.

id have liked it more if the ship were a bit more textured. like if the hull actually looked like it were made of wood. great job otherwise!

Yeah, me too. Unfortunately I'm not that good.

Love the model!

I just finished printing it and am planning to play it in a DnD campaign tomorrow. I made an alteration during my print to split the upper deck pieces into their sides and the flat top (just used TinkerCad to split those parts). That cut down a lot on the support material required to support the upper deck. Given the size of the overall model I didn't want to spend the unnecessary filament on support structure.

Thanks so much for the contribution!

thats cool. would you mind sharing how you split it? i can print it but i noticed it takes a lot of support material. am trying to figure out how to cut down on the material.
Thanks in advance.

I hope it helps. This is an awesome model and I encourage everyone to give it the love it deserves. The author did an EXCELLENT job putting it all together.

Split upper deck for forward and aft sections
by Gechols

this is perfect. thank you

Awesome model! Would it be possible to get the maindeck and cargo hold split in half? It's just barely too large to print on my maker select printer.

I can split those sections for smaller printers but it may be a few days before I can get to it.
If you need it done sooner then Tinkercad.com is a free online program that is very easy to use if you'd like to do it on your own.

Hey this is fantastic. My DM sends me stuff all the time to print and usually its small and lame not fun to print when he sent me this i lost it its a fantastic piece and so far the prints are going great!

Thanks! I hope you enjoy your sea cruise as much as my group did.

LOVE IT! I am just curious if you would be willing to modify the model slightly to match the air ship from Storm Kings Thunder?? This is one of the best ships Ive seen for DnD.. It could be more of your style , but instead of masts it has a stove or fire stove for heating the air bag?

That should be doable. I'll work on that soon.

Amazing work!
This is just brilliant and will definitely have to make a showing in my own ToA campaign.

Thank you for taking the time to make this - I especially love the fact the squares are so visible

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. The highly visible squares was one of my big goals with this model so I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
