Inspired by user Wundel and some versions sold in different online stores i decided to do my own version.
I added some refinements like knobs to tighten the screws and inlaying nuts instead of cutting threads in the plastic.
As usual in other versions its a replacement without destroying the original.
Its highly recommended to print it with the printer itself because of the fine parts and almost zero tolerance design.
(i was surprised self by the output which fits without any fileing or drilling)
But now fill your vat up and adjust the buildplate hopefully a last time with the stupid ball adjuster..
Bugs? The tiny clamps of the knob may break. Maybe try to attach before curing or glue it on the screw.
Just added a new version of the knob. Green ones. Knob_v2 and plug is necessary.
WARNING: Don't push the home button unless you loosen the fixing-screws! The expansion range of the horinzontal-screws is longer than the original construction.
It will destroy your screen before the little tongue will reach the light barrier and switch off the Z stepper screwing down.
after a failed hollow result i printed it solid. If you decide for hollowing take care for the thickness, otherwise it will end not rigid enough.
