just print 4 little triangles didn't scale printed how file was

you need to print 0.1 layer

hi, trying to print it in PLA from Simplify3d and I am getting separated first layer. I tried everything, first layer height, bigger thickness, higher bed temp... only success was with PETG. do you have any advice?

this is what xyzware (my slicer) gives me..

for some reason my printer gave me 4 seperate triangles... i had to slightly scale down, is that why?

No need to scale, just print the model at 0.1 layer height.

The problem is that this model is slightly bigger than the max dimentions of my printer (da vinci mini) so i scaled it slightly and printed it with 0.1 layer height and that produced the problem

You can not scale it, you should print that like that ,otherwise it may not fly well.

Or try to scale slightly just x or y but not Z

That because z is 0.1 mm 1 layer

Okay, ill try it out latet

see attached. also didnt see a reply as it was a new comment instead of a reply.

I cant even get Cura to slice this. And if i slice it at anything above .1 it doesnt slice the thinnest part.

make sure to set the initial layer height to 0.1 aswell

*edit cura screwed up and set the wrong setting. trying again

Your cats were shocked...
