This is a mash up of the rails used in Chito's "CR-10 Heavy Duty customisable modular e3D V6 mount Volcano 5015 ABL" and the mount used in Lucid's "CR-10 BLtouch mount", and is designed to be adjustable.
It should print without supports and will need a 10mm M3 screw and a M3 nut in addition to the mounting hardware for the touch probe.

Update 10-23-2018: Updated the files for this to fix a problem where the wing did not sit correctly on the mount, thanks to the info from Demonhawk (see the comments). Demonhawk also noted that the offsets he used were different than what I provided. He suggested using these instead:

Update 10-27-2018: Minor update to the wing design. I will leave the original version (3D) available, since it appears to be working, but have also uploaded a new "4A" wing design. The differences between the "3D" and "4A" design are:
- adjustment slot extends 2mm lower, since it appears that most people are setting the mount near the lowest point of the adjustment range.
- decreased the overall height which may help with printing quicker and saving some material.
I re-oriented the part for the mount so it is "ready to print" - this is the "adj-bltouch-mount-3D-mount-RTP.stl" part. There will be some supports needed for the pocket that holds the nut, but other than that, supports should be minimal. The wings may be printable without supports but I would suggest using them anyway since they are only needed in the slot for the mounting screw.
There is another version of the mount that is designed for a 4-40 screw and nut to hold the wing on, in case metric screws are hard to find locally. The 4-40 version is not tested but if you need it, you can find it here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3509048).
