Great design. I brought it into fusion and did some tweaks for what I needed. Basically added in a piece that wraps around the hot end where the wires come in to insulate it. Was having issues with the radiant heat making my Hero Me duct deform from the radiant heat when printing abs or petg. Thank you for making a mostly square design. I hate dealing with mesh with 5 million triangles.

This sounds like what I've been thinking of. Did you cover the top, as well?

This thing prints fantastic. Perfect fit!

Thank you very much.
I guess your printer are dialled in, just like mine.

the piston need supports too.

The unsupported overhang, should easily be taken care of by bridging. But if your settings aren't up for it, support can of course be added.
But thanks for your heads up.

Super. ;-)
I hope you find it useful.

Thanks BTW, wont post pics cause everything looks awful, however is my fault. The silicone was left in the mold for over 48h and only cured in full on the heatblock..

Oh..... I never experienced that. The silicone i use, cures within a few hours.
Was the silicone you used acetate silicone (smells like vinegar)? And if it was, did you boost the curing by mixing a few drops of water in the silicone?
