Do you print the motor caps top down on the build plate?

Yes and very slow at the end for small parts !

There is a nice overhang on those tabs for the caps, they don't require support you say? I'll print them out today and see.

Great design!

I found it was a little loose, so I scaled it in Cura to 99.2% and got a perfect fit.

99.2% scale in prusa really help with print of PLA. I prefer more tightrly - use 99.1%. Thank you.

Thank you ! Perfect fit IS Always différent on each printer and filament !

I've printed the battery covers, but are a loose fit. Is this normal or have i done something wrong?

You probably do nothing wrong, perfect fit depend of your printer, i adive you to increase your extrusion multipier by 10% or more !

Something in the motor cover file is causing multiple, quick retractions for the first few layers. They are so subtle that they don't even add anything to the print. Not sure what the problem is, but I like this design and I'm printing them anyway! :p

Thank you for your comment, it is very strange your retraction problem on the first layers, with which slicer did you print them ? I printed mine with simplify3D without problems. I just checked my STL file after reading your comment and then parsed it with meshmixer without finding any glitchs. it must come from your slicer I think !
