I have ball bearing 8165mm, is it easy to adapt for this bearing ?
Thanks :)

Made this in PETG, worked fantastic out the gate. Bearing was a snug tight fit on the guide and a reasonable (albeit a little loose) fit on the shaft. The filament retainer was perfect just clearing the outside of the guide and I used a self tapping screw to hold it in place...

This completely replaced my 'other' thing verse guide which worked ok but I had noticed it was almost shaving the filament as it passed through it due to the angle the filament would feed even though I was using an upper guide to push it out away from the printer.

The nut that went in the hex hollow fitted perfectly

Thanks so much for this design it has definitely improved my ender 3 pro's filament delivery to the extruder drive when used with an upper filament guide.

Can you resize it for a 609 bearing? I'll pay you this time.

Works great for me with my side mounted spool adapter. Keeps the filament away from the Z axis screw rod and feeds filament at the right angle. No problems in printing. I attached the retainer with a #4 self tapping screw. Thanks for the effort and design

perfect dimensions when printed with PLA, works perfect!
my filament was already filing into the extruder tensioner arm, that's a really bad oversight on Creality's side, they should link to your thing and tell everyone to print this first.

Thank You!

Works great!
Mine seemed to be a little small, so I had to carve out the insides to get the bearing to fit. Also, the retainer hole for the screw was undersized, as was the retainer, but I am not using the retainer and it is working fine. The guide trough is deep enough to retain the filament even with retraction. Thanks!

Thanks a lot ! Your design works great for my Ender 3, easy to print and to use.
print in PLA at 210°C, bed at 50°C for the first layer.

Awesome design! I did have to print the retainer at 101%.
The original rubbed against the pulley.

I think this is the best filament guide for the ender3.
Thank you for the design!

amazing design, works 100%

Great design! thanks D3D
