Awesome design, fits like a glove. Can you add the cable clamp to the files ? Or isn't that a printed part ?
And maybe make a wall mount version, with either holes in the case bottom, or screw mounts on the outside of the case.

My apologies, both the clamp and the insert are the same as the original model, but I should have included them here too, now I have.
Thanks for the reminder.
Good idea on the wall mount, I simply stuck mine to the side of the Sigma with sticky pads. I'm thinking the wall mounts should be external to avoid having to open it up to relocate if required. Perhaps two wall mounts, one top right and the other bottom left. I'd be very interested in you thoughts and opinions so I can make it as useful for as many people as possible.
I had considered making one that mounts to a 20x20 extrusion, like the CR-10 etc, but I'm not comfortable with encouraging high voltage being mounted to the conductive frame for obvious reasons.
Thanks for posting your make, very nice print.

Thanks for adding the files ! In my case, I'm having a piece of wood on my office wall which act as my control center. It holds my switch, Raspberry pi3 with Home assistant to control the home automation, a POE injector for my WiFi access point, my Google home mini and two Sonoff's, one Sonoff Dual that for now only controls the Anycubic i3 Mega, and a Sonoff basic to control all my office lights. I will exchange the basic with your case, so indeed both cables can go down. For mounts, your idea will work great, or maybe one on the middle of each side. But both will do. Thanks for this design, I've been waiting a while for something like this.

Ah yes, one mount either side would be a better option, with a 5mm countersunk clearance hole?
I don't have a Sonoff Dual, but if you can let me have the board dimensions (in mm), I'm sure I can adapt to it for you, I'm assuming it is the same height as the Basic? Maybe send you the stl for the insert so that you can print to test fit. Then if all is well I can redesign the main case to fit. I'm thinking of incorporation the insert into the main case to make it a single print. What do you think?
I am only remixing the excelent original design by PlastiMaker, but I'm more than happy to help.

The Sonoff Dual doesn't need a case like this, on that the wires already are at the bottom. And yes, combining the case and the insert is a good idea. The insert on it's own is a bit flimsy. And I guess for some printers difficult to print. And maybe make the insert a tad higher, I just test fitted a basic, and in my case the pushbutton doesn't raise above the case.

Ah ok, no need for an enclosure for the dual then :-)
Right, I've combined the insert into the case and raised it up by 1.5mm, also added the side fixings with counters 5mm holes

Printing now, so far it looks good.

Looking good, let me know how it goes and if you need any further adjustments

I'd say.... perfect. Board fits great, button sticks out just enough and the mounting points are solid. Only thing I could think of to make it even more awesome is to make the lid customizable to add text or images on it. :)

Thats awesome, glad you like it, thanks for the pics too.
Not sure there is a way to make it customisable as it is, I haven't tried the customizer on here, I design in Fusion 360.
I do know that some people import stl files into Tinkercad and edit them there.
Chucks YT channel has a lot of Tinkercad videos if you need guidance https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRFPlUhDTTllAprh8GbHJw0NjHKWT7Yzs
