Hi, Thanks for this tensioners design. Some difficults to scew it but I got it.
Design suggestion : change the nut for a "closed nut" like this modele : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3097972

Ender 3 Mod - Y Axis Tensioner

I have oversize the Cornely Cool's nut (117% on X and Y) that works. But the diameter différence is not very beautiful...

Hi i've printed the stl's and they dont fit there not wide enough for the t20 slots do they need to be re sized ? thanks

DL'd the files this AM to aid in my Ender 3 layer shift issue... Printed them out and had them installed by Noon. I've been printing with the new tensioners since and they're working great! No more layer shifts!

Thanks for the files!

3D-GDad

Printed the 4th Y-Inner Shaft and it god damn everytime broke at the same freakin spot! Even with 100% infill. it was totally smooth. I have tried 3 different filaments. This piece is frustrating and just wasted a lot of pla and time. God damn it!

Unable to screw the nut on to that threaded part.
Also the threaded part snapped so easily where the nut recess is located.
I printed another & it did the same.

Love the parts and the setting are great in my slicer. I can tell you that for sure. Thank for the print and setting.

The Dronz Dr

doesnt work for me. the x belt is too high and rubs against a v slot

What makes this different from the original creators version?

The big difference I see between this one and the other popular one for the Ender 3 is the added chamfer between the main body and two legs of the male threaded potion. I tried to use the other popular version of this part but it repeatedly broke where the legs join the main body because the threads thin out the part right there and the other designer had left a sharp corner at the inside. This version reinforces exactly the area that kept breaking for me.

The original was designed for a Tronxy X1.

there's definitely an ender 3 version that's very popular and you're ripping it off lol

LOL dude he credited the original and put that it's a remix
