Two things - I can't seem to fit a battery in with the Hallowing, so how should I mount the battery or keep it connected while wearing?

Also, I can't seem to get the case to close while the lens is in there. Does the lens need to be sanded down or something? Seems like I need a version where both pieces are deeper...

From the comments on the YouTube video...I had success at fitting it with the lens that came in AdaBox09 by scaling the z axis 5%. In Repetier Host I unlocked the axis, increased Z to 1.05, and it fits. Also, I used the deeper base from the remix to contain the LiPoly battery that came with Adabox.

Does the aperture in the front fit the glass and plastic dome lenses Adafruit sells for the Hallowing?

Is there a chance you could release either a version with room for the battery or the source files? Thanks!

Well, I just remixed it!

I named mine Jeff. So cool.

This is fantastic! What's up with the SVG, though? It doesn't seem to fit, at any scale. You can see it in that first pic.

yep, I just guessed on the scaling. Threw it together last minute with my eyes closed ;-)

I threw this together really quickly. Just printed a few layers in white.

Of course, no problem! Sorry, I just watched the 3D Hangout where you mention that. :) https://youtu.be/7t6DeosJ2ys?t=932

You guys did an amazing job. What about a two color filament design instead of a vinyl?

Oh, totally possible. I'd suggest sketching the skull out as opposed to SVG import (vector import scaling is terrible in fusion360).
