The canopy is a bit too large for the Photon printer. Any chance you could split it in half for later assembly?

Sure thing. Uploaded now.

Awesome, thank you! Will upload pictures once painted :)

Files too big for tinkercad.

Can you print the hollow canopy without supports inside? I'm pretty new to 3d Printing and I am currently printing this right now(Well the re-mix with round base). It's my first print after my test prints and I want to eventually print 10-15 of these. Figure if I don't need the internal supports it would speed it up and save plastic.

No supports needed for either file. You may have a tiny amount of droop at the very top of the canopy interior but you can easily clean it off and you'll never notice. That said you may want to try printing one just to see before you print a whole build plate's worth.

How do you guys get that base nicely printed? Just can't seem to manage it. Even printing 0.1 or using full layers. Has anyone got some tips? Printer is a cr10s.

Very nice work! These might just become my new defacto small tree! (I use Terrain4print VegA for large ones)..
I mixed in a plain base and will use clump foliage + earth texture paint + flocking.
Printing now...will post a piccy when all done!
I've attached the remix to this comment for anyone who wants to use your design for a non-hex based environment.

Nice, thanks! I had been meaning to get around to making a non-hex based but yours is great.

This is great, awesome job man!

Thanks hckling, glad you like it!

Great model, my nicest print to date!

Great model, texture is absolutely stunning. Two thumbs up!

Thanks, glad you like it. Thank you for the tip also!

This turned out great! I love all the different textures, between the bark, leaves and stones at the base. The removable canopy is super cleverly done, too!

Thanks! It took quite a while but I'm happy with it. I have a bunch of ideas on how to make it better but I guess that's just how it goes...

I think it's pretty amazing as it is. I've printed 2 other sets of trees and thought I was done until I found this. I've started airbrushing them and the textures are popping nicely. I'll definitely post a "make" when it's done. Thank you both for all you've done for this game.

Please do, I would love to see them!

This is awesome RobagoN, Printing three of the hollow variety now.
As always, love your work.

Thanks, glad you like it! Love to see the pictures you post, keep them coming.
