is there anyway to adapt it to an eos ef camera ? or to modify the .stl ?

Well, of course there isn't anything like the LM-EA7 for Canon EF, so no autofocus -- and Canon EF bodies don't have focusing screens in their OVF, so manual focus would be awkward unless you use the live view display. The other issue is that the EF lens mount flange is 44mm from the sensor, and that's about where C3 lenses need to be... I think an adapter allowing infinity focus is possible, but it might have to go partly inside the EF mount, so it might be a little tricky and there's a possibility it could interfere with the mirror (but I don't think so). Maybe I'll take a closer look at it in the next day or two with my 5DIV....

ohhhhh let me know if you manage to make it :)

Well, I gave it a try -- nope. The EF body has the mirror edge in contact with the rear of the C3 lenses (well, at least for my 35mm) at infinity. It would be possible to do EF-S, but not worth the trouble for a 1.6X crop sensor.

hmm actually my camera is a ef-s , would you realese at least the prototype ? even though it may not focus on infinity or just work on ef-s cameras ?
