In "Setting up the BL Touch" you say that "but if you want to make changes you MUST do them in Arduino Program".
You can actually change most of the calibration values with M commands in GCodes (http://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M851.html).
This way, you can simply change the calibration by updating your pre-print commands (in your slicer or in octoprint) without reflashing your mother board :)

In the marlin firmware i uploaded , and the instructions i wrote, i disabled the EEPROM, so you could send those M commands but they wont save to the ANET motherboard after you power down the printer

Indeed, but if your gcode file re-issue them before each print you don't need to have them saved to the EEPROM ;)
