Amazing design!!! Could you post the bike in one piece as well? I would need this for a 1:24 Diorama.

I would love it if you would share the source files too.
I printed the files as they are, but the handlebar part doesn't fit in the frame - the rod on the handlebar that goes in the hole on the frame is too short, so I need to make the rod about 2 mm (1/16 inch) longer.

I was unable to find the original source of the handlebar before I edited it, but I have uploaded a new file with the rod separated from the handlebar. Hopefully it will be easy to edit the length of the rod to your liking in a program like TinkerCAD. I hope this helps.

Thanks, that should solve the problem :-)

By the way, the center-holes in the "chain"-disc parts are off-center. Fortunately they were easy to reproduce in TinkerCad.

Hello. I want to know if you have used 1.75 mm or 3 mm filament for printing this bicycle?

I'm printing it using 1.75 mm ABS right now. But the filament diameter should not affect the print. Unless you plan to print it in NinjaFlex or similar.

What is the size of the bike ready?

It's about 10.5 inches long, 6.5 in. tall, and the widest part (the handlebars) is about 3.75 in.

got all parts to print but left side frame is hollow is some spots using simplify3d tried to fix no luck

I just uploaded a few extra parts for anyone that loves there bike as much as i do mine. Thanks thomasgivan for this wonderful bike. The parts are: A printed basket, kickstand and nameplate. The items can be downloaded and printed here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:685265
