For when you need that little extra bit of reach to unhook the seatbelt. Thanks Nancy for helping us design this. :)
Hooks directly onto the seatbelt, no adhesive or hardware required. It should slide freely up and down the seatbelt. When attached to the seatbelt, the clips should be against the body, and the flat face should be facing out towards the steering wheel/passenger seat area. The part that opens the seatbelt is slightly angled in towards the user to make hitting the seatbelt button easier.
I've already added supports to this file, between the main body of the seatbelt opener and the parts that clip onto the seatbelt (the little columns under the clips, and the thin walls on the inner parts of the clips). It takes a bit of work to detach them, but it should be fairly simple. Let me know if you want a version without supports.
Feel free to mess around with infill/resolution or any other settings you want to mess with. This isn't a picky print, and it's pretty hard to mess up.
The model in the pictures is an older version. The only change I've made to it was to round off most of the corners to avoid snags on clothing, but other than that the design is the same.
Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to help. :)
