Sept/27/2018 Updated AGAIN V.1.6 Fixed another bug (Rollers interfere on the inside of support fins). I'm Dremeling my existing plastic again. Also, Changed default "FinBearingMeatPocketClearance" to 2mm. The fix is a hard fix that should provide the clearance but this just gives it a bit more room. Otherwise unchanged. This is a library to make mecamum wheels that you can adjust for your needs.
It has default parameters with five rollers at 45 degrees. The default design parameters use skate bearings. You can alter any of these 84 parameters and make your own wheels.
Negate the roller angle for the opposing mecanum wheels.
It is designed in openSCAD, files included (Fix puking previews by Edit/Preferences/Advanced/ForceGoldFeather).
This also works with Customizer, look for it in the apps tab above (Customiser needs 3rd party cookies though :p ). (Customizer preview hates the fins. It seems to come out in the rendering ok though.)

Don't waste plastic. Examine your new wheels carefully in software for part interference.

V.1.5 Sept/26/2018: Fixed bug (Rollers interfere with support fins). Fix existing plastic with dremel tool since the rest of the wheel is the same.
n/a PLA / TPU or TPE
Consider using TPE or TPU filament for the mecanum rollers. I have not tried this yet though. Let me know what results you have.
